Tencent WorkBuddy

WorkBuddy Free plan gives 100 credits per month plus a 30-credit daily activity bonus; the Hunyuan Hy4 preview free-trial benefit has been adjusted (2026-09-11 to 10-10): new users get a daily free allowance for 14 days after first use (must activate before 23:59 on October 10), and users who have already tried it stay free during off-peak night hours from 23:00 to 08:00 the next day; the Hy3 daily free trial expired on 09-30

2026-10-02 re-check (basis revised): WorkBuddy is an all-scenario AI office desktop agent from the Tencent Cloud code-assistant team (its sister product CodeBuddy is a coding IDE). The official pricing page lists a Free plan: 100 credits per month + 30 daily activity bonus credits + Auto model scheduling + 3 automation tasks, and you can sign up without a credit card. Free-trial timeline: Hy4 preview launched on 2026-08-28, the two-week free trial ended at 2026-09-10 23:59, and the Hy3 free trial was extended to 2026-09-30 23:59 (official Tencent Cloud Developer Community article "WorkBuddy dual-model free trial"). Phoenix Tech / ITHome relay Tencent's announcement: the original free trial ended at 09-10 23:59, and 09-11 to 10-10 is a benefit-adjustment period: new users (registered after 09-11, or existing users who have not yet tried Hy4 preview) get a daily free allowance for 14 days from first use and must activate before 23:59 on October 10; users who have already tried Hy4 preview stay free during off-peak night hours (23:00 to 08:00 the next day) and consume credits normally at other times; video, image, and other generation tasks run on Hy4 preview always consume credits under the normal rules. No extension was announced after the Hy3 daily free trial expired on 09-30.

⚠️2026-10-02 re-check conclusion: basis revised (not removed). The original deadline of 2026-09-10 has passed, but the Hy4 preview free trial did not simply end; it moved to a new basis running 09-11 to 10-10 (new users get a daily free allowance for 14 days, existing users get free use at night), so the deadline is updated to 2026-10-10; no extension was announced after the Hy3 daily free trial expired on 2026-09-30. Sourcing note: the original Hy3 / Hy4 free-trial dates come from an official Tencent Cloud Developer Community article, while the 09-11 to 10-10 benefit adjustment comes from Phoenix Tech's relay of Tencent's announcement (the official announcement text could not be obtained directly), so re-check once more around 10-10. The free trial runs through the WorkBuddy client download plus sign-up; the Free plan's 100 credits plus 30 daily credits are as stated on the official pricing page. The client free trial described in this entry and the invitation-link campaign used for the site owner's invitation rebate (sign up and receive credits) are two separate mechanisms and do not affect each other.
