Open-source models with 9B parameters or fewer are permanently free with no usage cap; new users also get roughly RMB 14 in credits on signup, plus an RMB 16 voucher after CN identity verification (real-name)

Free models include Qwen2.5-7B-Instruct, GLM-4-9B-Chat, GLM-Z1-9B, and several embedding/OCR/ASR models. The voucher is valid for 180 days from the date it's claimed. As of November 2025, the signup-credit policy shifted from account balance to voucher form.
