⚠️The monthly allowance does not roll over; live meeting transcription and imported-file transcription share the same 300 minutes, and importing pre-recorded files has only 3 slots for life, so it suits live meeting transcription better and is not suited to batch processing of old recordings. Reachability from mainland China was not tested.
