Together AI (signup credits)

New users get one-time API credits just for signing up with an email (the official pricing page doesn't disclose a fixed amount; third-party sources report anywhere from $1 to tens of dollars)

Neither the official pricing nor quickstart page states a specific signup-credit amount, and third-party sources disagree — check your account dashboard after signing up for the actual amount credited. After it's used up, billing is pay-as-you-go with a $5 minimum top-up. There's also a Together AI Startup Accelerator for startups, which can grant credits ranging from several thousand to tens of thousands of dollars upon approval.

⚠️The exact signup-credit amount is not officially confirmed, and multiple third-party sources contradict each other ($1, $5, $25, and $100 have all been reported). Confidence is lower than other entries in this list — for reference only.
