Cohere Trial API Key

A Trial Key is issued automatically on signup, covering all models, capped at roughly 1,000 API calls/month

The Chat endpoint (Command series) is rate-limited to roughly 20 RPM, Rerank to roughly 10 RPM, and Embed Images / EmbedJob to roughly 5/minute. The Trial Key is explicitly prohibited for production or commercial use — testing and prototyping only. No credit card required.

⚠️The 1,000 calls/month cap is on the small side, and commercial use is explicitly prohibited — suited to verifying functionality rather than day-to-day production calls.
