The platform is compatible with both the OpenAI and Anthropic protocols (the official integration docs list OpenClaw, Claude Code, Kilo Code, and Hermes Agent), so it works with common coding tools; the current QPS limit is 2. To get an API key you must first bind an Alipay account, sign the auto-deduction agreement in Alipay Mini Program Cloud, and activate the Ling/Ring model service (official FAQ verbatim: Ant Ling models are currently served through Alipay Mini Program Cloud). This means usage beyond the free quota goes through Alipay auto-deduction: once the daily quota is used up and the account holds a balance, billing continues, so avoid topping up or keep a close eye on the balance. The official FAQ mentions a recent billing-service upgrade, so the free-quota rules may change; check the console before you start. IDEs that only accept designated vendor channels, such as Trae, are not supported.
